At Black Rook Precision Coatings, every project is custom-crafted with precision and care. Because our services involve personalized coatings and one-of-a-kind finishes, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy to ensure clarity and trust.
All Sales are Final
Due to the custom nature of Cerakote coatings, all sales are final once work has begun. Each item is coated to your specifications, and materials, labor, and time are committed to your project.
Reporting Issues
If you believe your item was damaged in transit or improperly finished:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item
2. Include photos and a clear description of the issue
3. Retain all packaging materials for inspection
We will assess the situation and may offer a repair, recoat, or partial refund at our discretion.
What is Not Covered
Refunds will not be issued for:

Normal wear and tear or misuse

Color variations due to screen differences or lighting

Items damaged during shipping by third-party carriers

Client-provided items with pre-existing flaws or defects

Delays caused by shipping, weather, or supplier issues
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, including costs for sending items to and from our facility. If a recoat or repair is approved, the client may be responsible for return shipping.
