Standard Orders: Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and coating after your item is received.

Custom Projects: Complex or multi-layer finishes may require additional time. We’ll provide an estimated timeline during your quote process.

Rush Service: Available upon request for select items. Additional fees may apply.
Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and preferences.

Domestic Shipping: Available throughout the U.S.

Local Pickup: Available by appointment at our Plano, TX location

Packaging & Handling

All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take every precaution to protect your items, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Retain all packaging materials
3. File a claim with the carrier (we’ll assist if needed)
